Account & Data Deletion Request – InDApp
If you are a user of InDApp (developed by INDAPP SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED) and want to delete your account and associated data, you can submit a deletion request by following the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data:
- Click the button below to send us an email.
- Make sure to include the phone number / email / user ID you used inside the app.
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is approved, the following user data will be permanently deleted:
- Account profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Uploaded media or files
- User activity, app usage history
- Any stored preferences or settings
What Data We May Retain (If Required)
The following information may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons:
- Transaction or payment history (kept for up to 180 days)
- Logs required for security and abuse prevention
Data Deletion Without Deleting Your Account (Optional)
If you want specific data deleted (such as uploads, profile fields, or activity logs) without deleting your account, you can request that by emailing us
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 3–7 business days. Once deleted, the action is permanent and cannot be undone.
